1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in matches, forums, comment sections under the Pro Team Database, match comment sections, or any other service provided by Zero One, you agree to comply fully with these Terms of Service.

2. Conduct
You agree to behave respectfully and fairly during matches, within forums, and in comments under the Pro Team Database and match sections. Harassment, cheating, hate speech, discrimination, threats, spamming, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.

3. Participation in Matches

• Participants must adhere to match rules and regulations provided prior to each event.

• Match results and submissions are subject to verification by league administrators.

• Any misuse or intentional mishandling of result submissions may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or banning.

• Administrators have final say in disputes or disagreements regarding matches.

4. Forums and Comment Sections

• You agree to post responsibly. Posts or comments must be respectful, relevant, and free from abusive or inappropriate content.

• Promotion of external services or products without explicit permission from the administrators is prohibited.

5. Pro Team Database

• Comments under the Pro Team Database are intended for constructive discussion. Misuse, defamation, personal attacks, or inappropriate conduct will lead to removal of comments and possible suspension or banning from the website.

6. Match Comment Sections

• Comments under individual matches are intended for respectful discussion related to the specific match. Abuse, harassment, inappropriate language, or off-topic remarks will result in removal and may lead to disciplinary actions.

7. Partnerships

• Partners must conduct tournaments and leagues in accordance with agreed-upon guidelines and these Terms of Service.

• If a partner violates any rules, operates leagues improperly, or fails to uphold reasonable standards, Zero One reserves the right to remove or delete the associated tournament or league and terminate the partnership at its sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

• All AFL logos, Rugby logos, Cricket logos, and associated names remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Zero One does not claim ownership or rights to any third-party logos or names.

• Zero One exclusively owns the Zero One Esports logo and associated branding. Unauthorized use of this intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

9. Removal or Suspension

• Zero One reserves the absolute right to remove, suspend, or permanently ban any user at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms of Service or at the discretion of league administrators.

• Decisions made regarding suspensions or bans are final.

10. Account and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Zero One is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account resulting from compromised credentials.
   

11. Content Ownership

• By participating, you grant Zero One Esports the right to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, and publicly display any content you provide within the scope of league activities.

12. Amendments to Terms

• These Terms of Service may be amended at any time. Continued use of services after amendments indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Liability

• Zero One Esports is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from participation in matches, forums, or use of any league-provided service.
